Engineering you can see
I build fast, accessible and expressive interfaces for the web and mobile apps.
I’m Petro Kutuzov, a frontend engineer with over six years of commercial experience. I build web and cross-platform mobile apps with React, Vue and TypeScript. I pair engineering discipline — performance, accessibility, testing — with motion design and 3D, so the products I work on are as reliable as they are expressive. Originally from Chernivtsi, Ukraine, I now live and work in Milan.
The four areas I specialize in.
Design systems, component libraries and pixel-accurate responsive layouts that meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
Micro-animations, scroll-driven storytelling and WebGL scenes that serve the product instead of distracting from it.
API and payment integrations, real-time updates, charts, dashboards and maps.
Frontend architecture, performance optimization, SSR and SEO, automated testing, internationalization and code review.
Over six years across eleven industries, from fintech and SaaS to Web3 and mobile apps. Each card sums up what makes the domain specific and the technologies that matter there.
A 3D site built with custom shaders: up to 22,000 particles morphing between shapes, scroll-driven scenes and sound synthesized in the browser.
Catalogs, carts and checkout flows where page speed drives conversion, and financial interfaces that demand precision.
Data-heavy business apps: interactive charts, large data tables, role-based access and real-time updates.
Cross-platform apps that share one codebase, use native device features and feel smooth on both iOS and Android.
Interfaces for decentralized applications: wallet connection and smart contract interaction.
Promo sites and landing pages with scroll-driven motion, WebGL scenes and considered micro-interactions.
Streaming and content platforms, e-learning tools, map-based delivery tracking and booking systems, all responsive and accessible.
AI is a tool, not the author. It takes care of routine work, while decisions, architecture and responsibility for quality stay with me.
AI gets me to a working first version of a component or page fast; then I refine it by hand.
AI drafts tests and helps surface weak spots; I personally review every line.
I build bots and agents, and connect AI to Figma and Blender through MCP servers.
AI helps me ramp up on new technologies quickly and keep documentation current.
Ground rule I define the task and design the architecture; AI proposes options, and I select, refine and verify the result. No line of code reaches production without my review. Confidential code and data only go into tools approved for them.
From analyzing the problem to the details that define quality.
Scroll to drive ↓First, I clarify user needs and business goals. Only then do I write code.
I plan a component architecture that keeps the interface easy to scale and change.
Clean code, purposeful motion and testing across screens and devices.
Performance and accessibility checks, test coverage and a final pass over every detail.
